- Length of presentation material should be in accordance with your time assigned as follows;

• Invited Presentation: 25 min. including Q&A (5 min.)
• Oral Presentation: 15 min. including Q&A (3 min.)

  - Presentation File Format : PDF (16:9 size, create from PPT)

• Option 2

  [Recommended for Foreigner who have difficulty in live streaming due to time difference.]

  Pre-recorded : Presentation File with recorded Video

  - Pre-recorded Video File Format : .mp4 (16:9 size, create from PPT) * Maximum Video File Size: 500MB

  • The presentation (PPT) should be recorded with your face/voice using the recordable tools (PPT Slide show recommended)
  • Use the PC with built-in microphone or web camera to record the presentation.
  • Be sure to record with horizontal screen when you record with a mobile phone.
  • Please do NOT use the paid voice codec tools such as Dolby etc.

  - Screen Resolution : 720p

3. Presenters should upload the presentation file directly on online system.
