    To make your stay in Korea more enjoyable and memorable, we strongly recommend you to sign up for the following excursion programs in which you and your accompanying persons including children can join to have fun together.     Korea Folk Village
    Korean Folk Village introduces traditional culture from the late Joseon period to both local and international visitors through cultural classes experience, shaman faith, seasonal customs and others. Also, the village shows various places with unique features such as a farming village, private house, official districts, Confucian academy, seodang (village school), and a village street in realistic descriptions, as well as, a nobleman's house and traditional workshop.

    Gyeongbokgung Palace
    Gyeongbokgung Palace is the most beautiful and largest out of five remaining palaces. Remarkably, the most representative edifices of the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeonghoe-ru Pavilion and Hyangwonjeong Pond, have remained relatively intact. Woldae and the sculptures of Geunjeongjeon (The Royal Audience Chamber) represent past sculptures of contemporary art.
    Cheongyecheon Stream
    Cheonggyecheon's turbulent history is on display at the Cheonggyecheon Museum which opened in September 2005. The museum offers visitors the chance to learn about the many changes the stream has seen, including being buried underground and being restored. The story is told with the help of a scale-model and period photographs. Admission is free.

    • All pricing is in Korean Won and inclusive of tax.
    • All excursion program include entrance/experience fee, transportation and an English speaking guide.
    • Excursions are subject to change or cancel if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In the case of cancellation, ICPM 8 secretariat will contact you individually.
    • All excursions are subjected to change due to local condition.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Any change or cancellation requests must be made by e-mail(icpm8@icpm8.or.kr) or fax(+82-42-472-7459) to the ICPM 8 secretariat.
    • All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT +9 hours).
    • Refund will be made after the congress due to administrative reason and bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Cancellation policy for group booking will be informed through an invoice.
    Cancellation Request Policy
    Until September 18(FRI), 2020 No penalty
    Between September 19(SAT)-30(WED), 2020 50% of excursion rate will be charged as penalty.
    From October 1(THU) or No-show No refund and full payment will be charged as penalty.
